Return & Exchanges

Anyone at the delivery address who receives and signs for the goods shall be presumed by Candaci to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

Items purchased on candaci.com may be returned to “Alpy Co. Ltd.” for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or purchased from a third party retailer will not be accepted and returned to sender.

Please email ozge@candaci.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using priority shipping methods, you will be credited the purchase price of the item only. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
